Membership & Attendance
The Trust Board establishes a structure of committees as appropriate to carry out some of its governance functions making decisions where necessary; preparing a work schedule for each committee in line with the demands of the organisation and regulator deadlines.
Selection to each committee is based on the relevant skills and experience that can be offered by an individual.
The terms of reference for each committee is outlined in the Scheme of Delegation.
