Senior HR Assistant

Staploe Education Trust is seeking to recruit a suitably skilled Senior Assistant to join our HR team. You will lead on areas such as absence management and the recruitment cycle, working closely with the team to ensure an efficient service across the Trust.

Excellent attention to detail is a key requirement as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be required to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues and so you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being able to work to tight deadlines.

37 hours per week,
8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 3.30pm Friday, term time plus 4 weeks
Flexibility in working hours may be considered, although 5 days per week is required
Salary range - £24,332 - £26,496
Based on fte £26,421 - £28,770
